I agree with your comment- like I said this is a GOOD and DOH report not ours. I think they do deserve some credit and a specific evaluation of what they did well here though. It's "Routine Destinations" not work. Not that you were arguing for work commuting explicitly but still- It's not that hard to own maintain a bike and do the majority of your grocery shopping or small urban and local errands to accumulate a total of 10 blocks a week.

Maybe this includes a fair distribution amongst many different social groups, maybe it doesn't. I think that anything that is looking at stress and bicycles ability to affect stress is a noteworthy and progressive forward thinking study, especially if it's coming from the Department of Health. Finally, I think the most important is that these studies are encouraged and that they get better and more precise and calculated over time.

Please write a response to this and contact the author at GOOD I'm sure they would be willing to have a dialogue with you about it.

Yeah, I think you'll also see an increase in flying time for animals that sing songs, while animals that don't sing are not as likely to fly. So, sing a song - you just might fly a little more!

What I'm saying here is that people with mental distress might have a job, or daily activity that requires the kind of promptness that a bike or walk doesn't guarantee. People who have time to walk, or bike 10 blocks every day, probably don't work 13 hours days. Not all the time, clearly, but perhaps enough to tile the mental health scale by 4 points.

I might post a critique of this.
