Suffolk Bikes Presents: Mass Bike Workshop

On September 10th Suffolk Bikes will be holding a bicycling workshop co-sponsored by Suffolk Sustainability, Suffolk Human Resources, and Suffolk Health and Wellness. The event will include a presentation from Mass Bike on how to commute safe, smart, clean, and happy. The event will take place during Activities Period (1:00PM-2:00PM) in the 73 Tremont Amenities Conference Room on the first floor.
With the new semester approaching fast there is no better time to explore the option of riding a bicycle to and from Suffolk University. Whether you’re a longtime faculty member or an incoming Freshperson- there is something for everyone to learn.
Come and learn as Mass Bike’s own Shane Jordan shows us the ins and outs of year round bicycle commuting. What kind of bike is right for you? What kind of clothes are better for biking? Where can I find routes and maps? All your questions will be answered by Boston’s most knowledgeable resource on everything cycling. MassBike has been working for more than 30 years in the state of Massachusetts and it shows.
Some food, some drinks, lotsa bike talk and- We will be raffling off helmets provided by Suffolk Health and Wellness and Back Bay Bicycles.
